一、基本情况
2018年6月毕业于天津大学计算机科学与技术学院,获博士学位。2018年7月至2021年6月在苏州科技大学,电子与信息工程学院任讲师。2021年7月至今,在电子科技大学,长三角研究院(衢州)任专职科研人员。个人主页:http://lab.malab.cn/~dyj/
二、主要研究领域及学术成就
主要研究方向为生物信息学与机器学习。以第一或通讯作者身份,在IEEE/ACM TCBB, IEEE TFS, IEEE TAI, IEEE JBHI, Neural Networks, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Information Sciences, Knowledge-Based Systems, Frontiers of Computer Science,Applied Soft Computing,Neurocomputing等期刊和IEEE BIBM会议发表40余篇论文。主持了国家自然科学基金项目(面上和青年),国家自然科学基金联合项目子课题,浙江省自然科学基金项目,江苏省高校自然科学研究项目,衢州市科技局项目。
